Junior Music Club (Casual Booking)

Service Description

Because life can be unpredictable, we also offer casual lessons. Casual places are generally made available for booking a day or two before the start of the term if there is space available in that class. We created Music Clubs to make learning an instrument easier and more fun, with a sense of community. These classes create musical kids who can: - Sing Happy Birthday at a birthday party without fear or embarrassment - Be comfortable with the sound of their voice so when they grow up they can sing lullabies to their own children - Be moved by the emotions in beautiful music - Find a safe space to explore feelings and emotions in music and express themselves on an instrument - Use music as an emotional outlet, providing solace for the soul ​ Music Club develops a child’s musical intelligence in fun and engaging ways, building skills best learned in a group environment. - Using multiple instruments to play in an ensemble - Rhythm and singing games - Developing confident singing skills and technique - Moving to music to feel beat and expression - Studying music literacy - not just reading and theory but understanding how music works - Confidently performing in front of peers
